Before joining Del Mar Toastmasters, I was TERRIFIED of public speaking. I joined the club after freezing before presenting in a board meeting at work. As a non-native speaker, it was very difficult for me to speak in public. But with the help of Del Mar Toastmasters, I was able to build my confidence.
