• 1st Place – International Speech Contest with his powerful speech, “Wins and Losses.”
• 2nd Place – Tall Tales Contest with his engaging speech, “The Blue Baseball Hat.”

~ On Saturday, February 18, 2023, Mehran Sorourian won the Area 11 International Speech Contest with her speech titled, "The Sweetest Sound.". It was a tough and exciting competition among three excellent speakers.
